En 2023, Not Scientists surprenait son auditoire avec l’album Staring at the Sun en esquissant un virage où il teintait son indie punk d’une touche de new wave synthétique.
Avec Staring at the Moon, le groupe nous offre quatre titres inédits issus de la même session studio.
On y retrouve son sens aigu de la composition qui écrit une nouvelle page dans l’histoire musicale du groupe.
Ces quatre nouveaux titres sont agrémentés de quatre morceaux enregistrés live lors de la Kicking Night qui s’est tenue au Ninkasi de Lyon le 12 avril 2023.
On peut y entendre toute l’énergie déployée par le groupe sur scène, ainsi que la précision diamantaire de son interprétation.
Ces huit titres sont couchés sur un magnifique vinyle 10 pouces qui, comme la lune, brille dans la nuit pour vous guider vers l’infiniment beau.
